information is for your reference only on generated reports, etc. but is not used in any other way by the system.
Please fill in the form entries for 'User Information'. The 'username' will be the login username for
your first 'user', and must be unique across the BIG4books.com user base. The system will let you know
if you choose a username that is already in use. The 'email' address must be your valid email address, as it will
be used to communication a randomly generated password so you can login. In addition, the email address will be
used to send messages to the administrator when your account is changed. The remaining information
is for your reference only and is only used when generating email messages, certain output screens, etc.
Two logins will be created for you, one for your first 'user' and one for your 'administrator'. The administrator
username will be the value entered on the form for Username with the letters 'admin' appended.
