Work Flows - Purchases and Payables

The basic process of accounting for the purchase of products and services used to carry out your business is depicted as a flow graph below.

The 'Initial Setup' steps are performed only when you first setup the system, or later on if you add a new vendor ( Add the vendor info) or a new product or service ( Add the product or service info)

The 'Ongoing Purchases' steps are performed each time you make a purchase
